Import Export Logistics Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Import/Export Logistics Analyst to join our team in Taubate. As an Import/Export Logistics Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods across borders, managing relationships with suppliers and customers, overseeing customs clearance and transportation logistics.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, organizing and controlling import and export activities;
  • Negotiating international freight contracts;
  • Monitoring overseas shipments and customs clearance;
  • Maintaining cost controls for logistics-related expenses;
  • Ensuring foreign trade legislation compliance and internal company requirements;
  • Facilitating effective information flow within and outside the organization.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Higher Degree in Business Administration, International Relations or Economics;
  • Logistics, customs clearance and international trade knowledge or experience;
  • Understanding of foreign trade legislation and procedures;
  • Systems familiarity (OSGT, SAP, SISCOMEX);
  • Office suite skills;
  • Fluency in English;
  • 7+ years of Foreign Trade/Comex career experience.
