Role Overview:

The research division operates within Nielsen's 'Research & Analytics' framework, engaging with diverse global markets and a multitude of sectors. Our team collaborates closely with clients to provide insightful findings and actionable research that inform future marketing initiatives, strategic planning, creative concepts, and business operations. You will have the opportunity to work with prominent clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Utilize a variety of research methodologies, including brand lift studies, opportunity to see assessments, and digital tagging.
  • Collaborate with senior researchers to design online surveys that address key research objectives.
  • Conduct thorough testing of online survey links to ensure accuracy.
  • Oversee sample collection, establish representative quotas, and perform quality checks on raw survey data.
  • Process data using an online survey platform, including coding, weighting, and creating tabulations.
  • Analyze data sets to extract meaningful insights.
  • Develop reports that focus on delivering actionable recommendations.
  • Present findings to clients in a clear, engaging, and concise manner.

Candidate Profile:

  • A proactive individual with 1-2 years of experience in primary research, insights, or data analytics within the media or advertising sectors, whether on the client or agency side.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is required; Spanish language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong numerical skills and an analytical mindset, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for research.
  • Effective communicator capable of presenting to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Excellent time management and project management abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in testing survey links and reviewing raw data.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Google Suite is a plus.
