Overview

TNS is seeking a Senior Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist to provide leadership to a system-wide/cross functional team. This role will be responsible for planning integration and implementation of new technology and guiding/contributing to the direction of multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Job responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance testing of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service with CPQ and Logistics managed packages and API integrations;
  • Building test cases, running functional and regression tests, and documenting results;
  • Collaborating with cross-application teams on continuous improvements to the end-to-end Agile process;
  • Analyzing and recreating defects during User Acceptance Test;
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating quality risks and helping remove obstacles to release;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and improve QA processes across all functions within Salesforce and connected products;
  • Continuously improving testing processes, tools, and documentation, driving efficiency through quality with measurable results;
  • Extending successful processes and tools across other business applications as required;
  • Providing suggestions through retrospective.

Experience & Education Required

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering;
  • 5+ years of Software Testing experience;
  • A knack for breaking the system in testing and flushing out software bugs, with the ability to think of edge-case scenarios and performing deep results analysis;
  • Familiarity with SDLC/STLC, Scrum or Agile development with GIT source control and implementing DevOps pipelines;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Strong English language skills (verbal and written);
  • Interest in developing skills in back-office applications;
  • Proven ability to work collegially with stakeholders and team members;
  • Ability to solve problems independently while also knowing when to escalate/seek guidance;
  • A high-level understanding of business applications such as CRM, ERP, Billing, and/or Operational Support Systems.

Experience & Education Preferred:

  • Experience with ITIL/ITSM processes and SDLC best practices;
  • Experience working in the SaaS industry;
  • Experience participating with Agile/Scrum methodology preferred;
  • Experience with Jenkins and Selenium test automation software;
  • Passion to work within a fast-paced, high-energy, high-tech environment.

Other Considerations:

  • Prior experience with additional business applications; Finance/HR ERP (Workday), Integrations/RPA (MuleSoft), Operational Support Systems (Remedy).
