Data-Driven Audience Insights Professional

This is a specialist role in our User Growth team, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the user database.
The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic and analytical mindset with hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Database Management: Ensure data integrity and optimal performance of the campaign audiences.
- Audience Monitoring & Insights: Track key audience health metrics and flag anomalies requiring action.
- Communication Frequency & Playbooks: Define and optimize rules for communication frequency by segment and channel.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams to support and refine the overall communication strategy.
- Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance metrics on a monthly basis.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience in managing user databases and audience insights, as well as analyzing key performance metrics.
- Languages: Fluent English is mandatory for working with regional and global teams.
