Contract Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze licensing agreements, contracts, and datasets to ensure compliance and identify potential financial recovery opportunities.
  • Perform data analysis and testing to execute comprehensive test plans, collect and interpret client data, detect anomalies, and quantify discrepancies.
  • Contribute to drafting audit reports highlighting key findings, root causes, and actionable recommendations to enhance client governance and contract compliance.
  • Collaborate on project support, share updates, and ensure timely and successful audit delivery.
  • Engage in internal initiatives such as training sessions, recruiting support, and process improvement projects to enhance the overall audit function.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Consulting.
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with data tools such as Power BI and similar.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical with ability to identify patterns and inconsistencies within contracts and large datasets.
  • Proactive team player with flexibility, resilience, and adaptability to shifting priorities and working hours.
