Delivering high-quality projects is at the forefront of our organization's goals. As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in achieving this objective by managing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage qualitative and quantitative projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
  • Facilitate screening, scheduling, and confirming respondents for various research methods.
  • Setup and testing of surveys, monitoring of statistics, and management of respondent honoraria.
  • Coordinate project kick-off meetings to ensure all parties understand project specifications and timelines.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment status to meet client needs.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Proactively identifying potential fielding concerns and issues.
  • Partnering with sales team members and operations staff to address issues and improve performance.
  • Managing study profitability by monitoring project costs.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in market research project management, preferably in medical/healthcare.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multitask and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
