Client Reporting Specialist
The Client Reporting Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the Client Services Manager or Account Manager by generating customer reports that ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled and reports are delivered promptly and in line with established criteria. This position is dedicated to providing outstanding customer experiences through meaningful reporting and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer data and feedback to pinpoint trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement in reporting methodologies and content.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Client Services, Field Service Operations, and Support Center, to collect requirements and insights for report development.
- Understand the formal and informal objectives, standards, policies, and procedures of the department, while being familiar with those of other departments.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer reporting and analytics, integrating new technologies and methodologies as necessary.
- Generate reports following established processes and procedures to guarantee consistent and precise customer deliverables.
- Provide reports within agreed timelines, which may include daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly schedules.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in quality improvement, program management, or operations.
- Capability to comprehend and interpret standard business documentation (e.g., contract language).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Must be able to prioritize workload independently and take initiative in the absence of supervision.
- Proficient in advanced MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail, formatting, and consistency in presentations.
- Excellent organizational skills, along with clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Knowledge of data collection methods, analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority escalations and adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical expertise in Data Storage or Servers or Program Management Certification is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and proficiency in SQL or other data querying languages.
Education:
- An Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
