Optimize revenue streams and enhance profitability through strategic data analysis and decision support.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Develop and Implement Profitable Strategies
Create and implement profitable strategies based on gross-to-net optimization, leveraging advanced knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Key Account and National Sales Managers to align commercial strategy and ensure consistent execution of company goals.
- Enhance Efficiency and Effectiveness
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in revenue management practices, maintaining comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators by therapeutic areas, brands, and accounts.
- Meet the Requirements
Ensure that you meet the requirements for this role:
- Education
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience
Bring previous experience in Revenue Management and/or Financial Planning, especially in pharmaceutical companies.
- Technical Skills
Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel and data visualization skills.
- Other Skills
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
