Job Overview

The Revenue Management Portfolio Specialist will lead key global revenue management projects and initiatives for the hotel industry. This role requires strong partnership with operations teams and Revenue Management specialists to drive performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue-related strategies for hotels in assigned regions, encompassing pricing, demand analysis, yield management, market segmentation, business mix optimization, selling strategies, and tactics.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and hotels by providing revenue management strategies and tactics to maximize revenue and profit streams.
  • Drive the development, implementation, and operation of strategic and tactical programs designed to enhance revenue management services penetration and deliver significant competitive advantage.
  • Analyze and review revenue management strategies and tactics for the brand and region, focusing on key markets and management companies to develop strategies for increasing revenues and profits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 8-10 years progressive work experience in hotel operations management, revenue management, or field consulting, with proficiency in central reservations systems and revenue management systems.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, effective verbal and written communication skills, and ability to build and manage relationships with leadership, field support teams, and key hotel representatives.
