  2. Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance across various channels and platforms. This includes A/B testing, segmentation, and other techniques to improve KPIs like click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with ad networks, SSPs, and other partners to ensure optimal ad delivery and revenue.
  4. Research and evaluate new ad formats, platforms, and revenue streams to drive growth and innovation.
  5. Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and data science teams to integrate monetization features, optimize user experience, and align strategies.
  6. Monitor the latest developments in ad technology, user behavior, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  7. Prepare regular reports and presentations on ad monetization performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in ad monetization, preferably within relevant industries such as mobile gaming or online publishing.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights to optimize ad performance.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including technical teams, business leaders, and external partners.
  • Familiarity with ad serving platforms, ad networks, and relevant tools for tracking and analyzing ad performance.
  • Ability to develop and implement long-term monetization strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues related to ad delivery, performance, and user experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Software Development, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business development.
