The Role of a Revenue Growth Strategist is crucial in driving integrated solutions that support pricing, demand forecasting, and revenue optimization.

This involves managing initiatives that span data engineering, machine learning, and user-facing interfaces.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a backlog of features and enhancements spanning data pipelines, predictive models, and RMS user interfaces.
  • Identifying and prioritizing high-value opportunities to optimize pricing strategies and demand forecasting.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into detailed epics and user stories with clear descriptions, business rules, and acceptance criteria.

As the ideal candidate, you will have at least 3 years of experience in end-to-end product ownership, product management, or delivery of data or optimization platforms.

Experience working across Data Engineering, Data Science, and UI Development teams, as well as with multiple stakeholders and brand Revenue Management teams, is also essential.

This role requires a strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and iterative development, as well as familiarity with data pipelines, ML model lifecycle, and modern UI patterns.

You will be able to define and refine user stories across technical and business domains and have proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and backlog management tools.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as strong facilitation, documentation, and analytical skills, are also required.
