About the Role

We are searching for a seasoned professional to spearhead retention strategies, providing expert guidance and support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary point of contact for key clients, developing tailored retention initiatives.
  • Offer assistance and direction to help retention specialists analyze data, craft compelling retention strategies, and create reports showcasing client satisfaction.
  • Oversee and delegate tasks to your team members, comprising both specialists and designers, reviewing all client briefs and designs for approval prior to client delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the performance marketing and strategy teams to develop cohesive and creative campaigns driving client growth.
  • Present strategic KPIs for clients, generating insights and actionable recommendations to boost client retention engagement and revenue.
  • Implement automation/flow logic set-up, pop-up creation, and app integrations.
