Lead Researcher, Financial Indexes

A key member of our team is sought after to spearhead the development of innovative financial indices across various asset classes. This role involves analyzing cryptocurrencies, digital assets, tokenization, and DeFi concepts.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of robust index methodologies, including back-testing and documentation for both internal and external use.
  • Cleanse, transform, and analyze large datasets for index construction and evaluation purposes.
  • Design and develop internal tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and analytical capabilities.
  • Present findings, research materials, and presentations for both internal and client-facing purposes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in digital assets, cryptocurrencies, or blockchain technology is highly advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of asset classes, financial theories, and index construction methodologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python for data analysis and index design.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with CFA candidacy being preferred.
