Are you passionate about contributing to the success of our organization? We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end close accounting activities and assist in preparing consolidated financial statements for monthly management reporting.
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial reporting footnote disclosures and workpapers for various areas, including inventory, debt, segments, commitments, and contingencies, etc., as well as internal reporting schedules.
- Assist in preparing areas of SEC quarterly and annual reports, including the Proxy Statement, as assigned.
- Compile financial information related to the Company's earnings releases and Form 8-Ks.
- Assist in researching and implementing new accounting pronouncements, including both SEC and US GAAP reporting and disclosure requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- English proficiency level: Advanced or fluent.
- Financial reporting background or auditing experience with a public accounting firm.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP).
- Chartered Accountant or CPA license or accounting qualification preferred.
- Workiva and OneStream familiarity preferred but not required.
