Lead Research Systems Implementation

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and implement research information systems, aligning with our strategic goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish the strategic direction for research information systems, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and compliance obligations
  • Oversee the selection, development, and integration of research administration system components
  • Serve as a liaison among research faculty, administrative staff, IT professionals, and external partners
  • Direct multidisciplinary teams in planning and executing system implementations and process improvements
  • Promote data stewardship, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance through established policies
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years of supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex technology projects
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to research data
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in information systems, computer science, research administration, or a related field
  • Experience with cloud-based research infrastructure and SaaS research administration solutions
  • Familiarity with data standards and interoperability frameworks for research data
  • Active participation in national or international research IT or research administration associations
