**Technical Information Analyst Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Information Analyst to join our team. This role involves supporting and facilitating the creation of high-quality technical information for our customers and dealer technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Operators Manuals (OM) Annotated Topic Lists (ATL).
  • Develop Work Shop Manuals (WSM) Annotated Topic Lists (ATL).
  • Develop Assembly Instruction (AI) Annotated Topic Lists (ATL).
  • Identify re-use topics, collate and check information from various stakeholders for sharing and delivery to the content creation provider.
  • Access Engineering Systems and upload material for Content creation provider to access on Project Link.
  • Update ATLs if information is insufficient upon Content creation provider's request.
  • Translate ECNs into publication comments and update ATLs.
  • Publish and distribute P2 drafts per AMPIP project and local requirements (OM, WSM, FCT, AI).
  • Deliver the P2 document drafts to the required parties, drives, folders, etc.
  • Review output delivered from Content creation provider.
  • Request shared review of output delivered from Content creation provider to ensure technical accuracy, completeness, and information required by our customers or dealer technicians.
  • Deliver review comments to content creation provider.
  • Review revised output delivered from content creation provider. If revised output is sufficient, advise content creation provider it is okay to move the publication to Quality Control check 1.
  • Review the Quality Control output report from AGCO GRT team.
  • Create rework request to content creation provider if necessary.
  • Update ATL for latest known translation requirements - Global P.
