Role Overview

The IT Business Analyst plays a key role in the Customer Technology Teams within the Agile Software Delivery Process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clarify requirements and support global development teams
  • Document, check, coordinate, and manage requirements
  • Refine User Stories and Features
  • Define integration points with other systems and communicate potential system changes
  • Support Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts in generating ideas
  • Execute pre- and post-deployment activities in Lower and Production environments
  • Process dealer inquiries for troubleshooting and changes as part of the AGCO IT incident process
  • Cross-team collaboration to resolve support requirements for integrated systems
  • Active participation in agile ceremonies such as Product Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, Refinements, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Requirements
  • Complete Bachelor Degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or equivalent education
  • Fluent English is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of system integration concepts (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, ETL)
  • Knowledge of agile methods (e.g. SAFe) is an advantage
  • Experience in requirements engineering, testing, and production support
  • Strong analytical, holistic, and conceptual thinking; good communication skills
