We are seeking a Destination Specialist to provide refined luxury travel consultation, collaborate with travel advisors and their clients, and deliver personalized, high-value experiences in a premium travel environment.
Benefits- Compensation starts at $19.00+ per hour with unlimited earning potential; most Destination Specialists earn between $60,000-$110,000 annually

- Provide refined luxury travel consultation to travel advisors and their clients, showcasing destination and product expertise
- Respond promptly to incoming inquiries through phone, email, and system queues
- Recommend curated travel experiences, highlighting premier luxury resorts, tours, and services
- Anticipate needs and suggest enhancements that elevate and personalize the client experience
- Handle multiple high-value reservations simultaneously with precision and discretion
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury travel, premium hospitality, or as a Destination Specialist
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional service in a refined, luxury-focused environment
- Strong consultative sales expertise with a focus on tailored luxury recommendations and curated travel experiences
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional presence
- Proficiency with reservation systems and business applications; adaptability to new tools
- Highly organized, with the ability to support complex, multi-destination itineraries
- Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated, while thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Demonstrated ability to retain, synthesize, and organize extensive system, destination, and product knowledge
- Availability to work variable shifts including weekends
