**What we are looking for**:
The brand governance specialist fulfills a key role in the company while working within a global team who fundamentally provides consistency in upholding AGCO brands identity, by guiding and safeguarding its positioning, standards, and points of differentiation. The key role is to support the CX brand Governance leadership in building and maintaining stronger and well-positioning brands, managing global cross-brand initiatives with the main goal to guarantee a comprehensive multi-brand strategy to the company.

**What are you going to do**:

- Support to maintain efficient channels of communication between the global/regional brand community and the CX team;
- Structure and execute a regular updates of KPIs, business mapping globally and regionally to support decisions and inter-brand conflicts;
- Explore and propose creative solutions towards data gathering and data analytics to map industry, competitors movements, and business trends across the globe;
- Responsible for a positive collaboration with various internal groups around the world and make the brand consistency, guiding principles;
- Assist in a general advisory and guidance capacity, but also with coordination meetings, project management tools and reports, and other essential services;
- Support the brand governance leadership to build and maintain a consistent brand governance strategy, focusing on multi-brand guiding principles and guardrails for the following areas:product portfolio, price position, distribution capacity and promotional aspects.

**What do you need**:

- Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or similars;
- Solid experience with business intelligence and market analysis, data analysis, product planning, pricing strategy. Project management is desirable;
- Previous working experience in a multinational organization, background in agriculture (desirable);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office product suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Advanced English (mandatory);
- Communication and analysis skills;
- Availability for occasional travels.
