**What we are looking for**:
Focused on Industry 4.0 initiatives (AGCO Smart Manufacturing projects) connected with global AGCO manufactuirng technology COEs, including SAP and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) implementation.

**What are you going to do**:
In this position, the Specialist will lead the technology initiatives, connecting SA region to the global AGCO COEs (central of competences), sharing SA best practices also understanding which technology already applied in another AGCO sites, can be rolled out to local production sites. As well in this position the Specialist has to be connected with the current manufacturing technology available, in order to promote POC (prove of concepts) and pilot projects, striving to validate and approve technology projects at the sites. As one of key technology projects inside our Roadmap is the SAP implementation and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for or region. He/she will be in charge also to implement and improve data reliability and quality; Additional hole on this position is to connect the factories processes to the product technologies (Fuse).

**What do you need**:
Education Mechanical, production, automation or electrical Engineering Degree Qualifications and Experience - Good knowledge in software implementation and development;
- Data analysis experiences;
- Project management skills;
- Data analytics (is a desired);
