As a Tool Management Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify the needs for acquiring and maintaining universal and special tools. You will also be responsible for distributing tools to employees, ensuring that they are in good condition and arranging maintenance or replacements as needed.

Additionally, you will manage records of tools issued and part of the mechanic's cart and the tool room. This includes identifying needs for acquiring personal protective equipment (PPE) and distributing PPE to employees.

You will also be responsible for managing administrative records of acquisitions, maintenance, and distributions of tools and PPE. This will involve following safety, quality, and information management policies and participating in internal meetings and training sessions promoted by Scania and/or Cotrasa.

Moreover, you will keep process documentation updated, controlled, and archived electronically or physically as applicable. You will stay updated with concepts, techniques, tools, methodologies, and trends related to the area.

Responsibilities:
