Financial Operations Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for finance and operations? Do you have a knack for ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial transactions?

This role involves supporting various financial activities, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management. You will oversee invoicing, maintain records in the ERP system, and track key financial metrics to provide valuable insights for leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage core treasury functions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Oversee invoicing and maintain records in the ERP system, aligning transactions with company financials.
  • Track and report key financial metrics (e.g., Budget vs. Actual, OpEx, CapEx) to provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Develop and update financial models such as Budget and Forecast; conduct financial simulations and analyses to support strategic planning.
  • Act as a point of contact for financial inquiries, facilitating communication between departments and external stakeholders to resolve issues and support business objectives.
  • Identify process improvements in financial management and propose solutions to increase efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance, with a background in treasury, financial reporting, budget planning, and cost management.
  • Advanced Excel (Google Sheets preferred) with strong data analysis skills.
  • Experience in managing financial applications, loans, and financing.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance, ideally within the technology and/or SaaS sectors.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with FX operations, offshore structures, and risk mitigation.
  • Experience with tools like Omie (ERP), Jira, and HubSpot.
