As a Workday Financial Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Workday solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Build strong relationships with customers and deliver commercially viable solutions.
- Provide expert guidance to customers and translate their business requirements into Workday configurations.
- Support junior team members and share knowledge.
- 1-3 years of experience in Workday Financials implementations.
- Strong understanding of Workday Financials modules including Procure to Pay and Record to Report.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, calculated fields, and security setup.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics.
