Brennan IT is a leading Australian-owned systems integrator, and we're seeking a skilled Transition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Service Delivery business, you'll play a crucial role in driving operational excellence by successfully transitioning new services and clients into our Managed Services support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly manage your own transitions, ensuring seamless onboarding of new customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for CSAT and efficiency improvements
- Coordinate transition task prioritization with other departments
- Attend customer kick-offs, meetings, and sales pitches in the metro area
- Provide internal reporting on Transition team performance and workload
