**Job Title:** Customer Success Manager

">About the Role:

This role is responsible for ensuring customer success and satisfaction with our products. As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the single point of contact for customers, providing them with timely and proactive support to help them achieve their business goals.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating the completion of services as required by the customer
  • Providing timely, proactive guidance on features based on the areas of interest for the customer
  • Acting as an advisor to the customer for the adoption of new features and identifying potential challenges and risks to their implementation
">Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Skills for analyzing technical concepts and translating them into business terms
  • Experience leading efforts of cross-functional teams to facilitate resolution or disposition of customer needs or projects
  • Plus, 2+ years in Salesforce Ecosystem and knowledge of Salesforce product suite and features
