Job Title: Senior Customer Success Manager
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with our partners in the LATAM region and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
- Analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer success initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Industrial Engineering.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese, with proficiency in Spanish a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present to key stakeholders.
