System Administrator II Role

The position of System Administrator II, IT Operations is a critical role that involves performing daily production work tasks and delivering advanced system-level support for multi-user operating systems, hardware, and software tools. This includes installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support project implementation by ensuring timely completion and adherence to set standards.
  • Maintain end-point security applications to ensure compliance with established protocols.
  • Collaborate with the team on Bigfix initiatives.
  • Provide remote and field support to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Manage equipment control in SCCM and Active Directory to optimize system performance.
  • Conduct inventory control to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Install equipment for new accounts or projects in designated sites.
  • Configure equipment according to technical specifications.
  • Resolve incidents within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe.
  • Maintain the safety and integrity of computer equipment.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on computer equipment as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Able to meet deadlines and timelines for deliverables.
  • Proficient in managing Windows & Mac OS network configurations.
  • Knowledgeable about PC Maintenance procedures.
  • Familiarity with DNS and Active Directory management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
