Senior Planner and Scheduler

The ideal candidate will be a skilled planner responsible for developing comprehensive schedules and monitoring progress across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project timelines using MS-Project, incorporating input from Engineering, Procurement, and Production/Mounting teams.
- Provide critical path information and monthly progress reports to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Resource Planning team to prioritize activities and optimize resource allocation within Engineering departments.
- Conduct weekly portfolio reviews to ensure timely completion of projects, identifying potential risks and proposing corrective actions.
- Support Sales, Engineering, and other departments by generating forecasts and schedules to inform strategic planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related field;
- Advanced English language skills (spoken and written);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package, particularly Excel and Project;
- Familiarity with logistics principles is a plus;
- Previous experience in related roles is required;
- Knowledge of MS Project or similar software is desirable;
