We are seeking a seasoned Group HR Lead for our Latin America (LATAM) operations, responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives that align with and support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of the business strategy and objectives within LATAM, and align HR initiatives and programs with the strategic goals of the organization.
- Provide insights and recommendations to Business Leaders on people-related matters, and act as a custodian of the organization's culture, norms, and policies in the LATAM region.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across LATAM, including business leaders, managers, and employees, and collaborate effectively with regional and global HR teams to implement global initiatives locally.
- Evaluate and help business drive productivity improvement initiatives through organization effectiveness and org-design to create future-ready org structures based on business strategy.
- Implement the talent management framework in alignment with corporate guidelines, guiding the team to identify developmental needs and enable lateral movements.
- MBA/Master degree in Management from a premium Institute (preferably Human Resources Management)
- Minimum 13-18 years of experience in HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborative skill sets, and result-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent time management and organization skills
