Job Title: Safety and Security Specialist-LATAM\

This role involves implementing corporate safety policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations.

  • Implement operational safety measures, including access control, surveillance systems, supplier management, training programs, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Develop and maintain fire safety regulations aligned with Local laws and international standards.

This position requires a proactive approach to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks. The ideal candidate will have expertise in security operations and be able to develop effective safety training programs that meet industry standards.

  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions that prevent future occurrences.
  • Manage security suppliers through regular performance evaluations and satisfaction benchmarking to ensure they meet our expectations.
  • Provide expert assistance for office safety within the area, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, with 3+ years of experience as a safety manager or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Results-driven execution and high accountability to deliver results and achieve objectives.
  • Ability to think critically and provide solutions to complex problems, using data and analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent reporting skills (written/verbal) and business-level English proficiency to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
