Reservation Operations Associate

Position Overview:
The Operations Agent will play a crucial role in supporting clients (agencies and operators) and suppliers through various communication channels, ensuring efficient management of pre-arrival and booking processes.

This role requires a degree of autonomy, with supervision available when necessary.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the status of bookings and managing them on a digital platform.
  • Providing customer support and maintaining communication with agencies and operators via email and phone.
  • Handling urgent customer inquiries through phone communication when needed.
  • Addressing routine operational challenges effectively.
  • Conducting all tasks indoors, with no travel obligations.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in operational roles within the tourism sector, preferably in agencies, operators, or hospitality.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, confidently, and proactively in problem-solving.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and dedication.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Capacity to maintain a high work pace while remaining organized and balanced.
  • Proficient in English at an advanced or fluent level, with the ability to communicate effectively via email on standard inquiries.

Note: Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with IT systems and software.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Residence in the Jundiaí area or nearby is preferred.
