The position of Marketing Trainee is a chance to participate in the growth and development of our marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies using software such as RD Station and Salesforce;
- Managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube) and creating content calendars;
- Assisting in lead qualification and distribution;
- Interacting regularly with the commercial team;
- Supporting event management both online and offline;
- Monitoring performance metrics, generating analytical reports, identifying areas for improvement, and presenting strategic recommendations.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Completion of a degree in Marketing, Communication, Publicity, Journalism, Administration, or related fields;
- Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Familiarity with Inbound Marketing fundamentals;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations;
- High level of organization and commitment;
- Ability to interpret data;
- Capacity to handle problems and adapt to changes;
- Advanced English language skills.
Desirable skills and qualifications include:
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles;
- Ability to create and manage campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads;
- Familiarity with platforms such as WordPress, HubSpot, RD Station, Salesforce, SEMRush, Jira Software, Google Analytics, and Power BI;
- Intermediate-level Spanish skills;
- Experience working in a technology company.
As a member of our team, you can expect:
- A monthly stipend of R$1365.00 for 30 hours of work per week;
