Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive data strategies to drive product success through accurate insights, client value, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with research and commercial leaders to set and achieve ambitious targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead by example, setting high standards for quality, speed, and innovation while empowering your team to deliver their best work.
  • Work with massive datasets to answer critical questions for investors, leveraging proprietary methods and techniques to ensure data accuracy and derive actionable insights.
  • Tackle complex data problems, applying analytical prowess to optimize methodologies, test new datasets, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Drive standardization, simplification, and improvements to our data pipelines and workflows to minimize risk and maximize efficiency.

You Will Thrive If:

  • You possess 5+ years of experience in data analytics, forecasting, or business intelligence, including 1-2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • You've spent 3+ years working with SQL, Python, Pyspark, or other programming languages to analyze and transform large datasets; proficiency with Github and familiarity with Databricks.
  • You excel at communicating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, showcasing strong project management skills.
  • You approach challenges logically and decisively, taking pride in implementing scalable solutions.
  • You embody a strong ownership mentality and enjoy collaborating with others to drive significant impact.
