The Role
We are seeking a talented Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will work directly with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions to drive growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client needs assessments and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth and improvement
- Design and deliver customized training programs and workshops to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in business development, consulting, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish is a plus
