Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at JJ&S Environmental Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating interest in our services and coordinating in-person meetings with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted prospects to generate leads and opportunities for our sales team
- Articulate the value of our services and tailor communication to address specific needs of prospects
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly call and lead generation quotas
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and escalate qualified opportunities to our sales team
- Execute email campaigns and assist with social media and digital marketing initiatives

Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English and interpersonal skills
- Extremely results-oriented, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
- High level of resilience and positive attitude
- College degree
- Entry-level experience in marketing, sales, or business development is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Experience with cold calling or telemarketing
- Fully remote, with the ability to work autonomously
- Open to learning and taking feedback
Work Schedule:
Full-time (40 hours per week) with a time zone of PST (7am - 4pm)
