We are seeking a Pricing Analyst to oversee customer pricing in support of sales, reporting to the Global Leveraged Operations Team.

The primary role involves managing pricing for Regional Interconnect Solutions business units across the EMEA and Americas regions, serving as the main support for pricing within the Salesforce Pricing system (business administration) and monitoring metrics to enhance revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Regional Business Administrator for the Salesforce (SFDC PA) pricing tool, including governance of Approval Flow, troubleshooting support, new user training, and annual user reviews.
  • Submit pricing requests on behalf of price owners in accordance with established standards and requirements.
  • Manage, maintain, track, and continuously enhance the utilization of the Salesforce pricing tool.
  • Oversee pricing processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance.
  • Manage, maintain, and track rebates in SAP and SFDC.
  • Ensure all activities comply with internal controls and company standards.
  • Identify and rectify pricing discrepancies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager and sales team to facilitate pricing actions.
  • Participate in global projects and tasks assigned by the team leader.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in SAP, SAP Pricing flows, and Salesforce Pricing management.
  • Understanding of order flow processes in SAP.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from multiple perspectives.
  • Proficiency in automation tools (such as Excel Macros, VBA scripts, PowerApps).
  • Capability to comprehend workflows and processes and follow up effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to maintain cross-functional relationships with business managers, account managers, product line managers, and customer service.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with account managers.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and provide effective support.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with SFDC/SAP is preferred.
