About Share People Hub

We are a leading global brewer and one of the world's top 5 consumer product companies, seeking a talented Solutions Architect to join our hybrid team in Campinas/SP.

As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for leading technical discussions, proposing and developing technical solutions, and fostering adoption of best coding practices and patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical discussions and propose technical solutions
  • Foster adoption of best coding practices and patterns
  • Engage and ensure code quality
  • Understand front and backend ecosystem and deployment process
  • Lead a team of Software Architects
  • Benchmark technology and development practices
  • Maintain documentation, charts, and diagrams
  • Monitor and improve monitoring dashboards
  • Provide technical guidance to the team
  • Work in collaboration with the Architecture, Development, and Product team

Requirements:

  • Experience with software, systems, and infrastructure architecture
  • Experience with any programming language (Java, Spring framework, or Kotlin is a plus)
  • Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with microservices architecture and patterns
  • Experience with event-driven architecture
  • Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, Test Automation
  • Experience with Scrum/Kanban
  • Lead technical discussions
  • Experience in leading the deployment of systems into production
  • Experience in a high-growth environment working with deadlines and milestones
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Have a solid understanding of clean software design principles
  • Good active listening skills, the ability to empathize with customers, stakeholders
  • English advanced level
