Job Title: Strategic Media Analyst - Latin AmericaJoin a global leader in consumer health, shaped by all who join us. Together, we're improving the everyday health of billions of people.This role will directly contribute to enhancing brand equity, ensuring alignment between media strategies and commercial goals across key markets in the region.We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative professional to support the optimization of media investments by analyzing performance, providing actionable insights, and helping drive data-based decision-making.The successful candidate will leverage first-party and third-party data sources to extract meaningful insights that inform media planning, budget allocation, and campaign optimization.Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement measurement frameworks across media channels (TV, digital, social, trade, etc.), using tools such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Brand Lift studies, econometrics, and ROI modeling.
  • Extract meaningful insights from data to inform media planning, budget allocation, and campaign optimization.
  • Partner with marketing, media, trade, and finance teams to ensure a cohesive view of performance and alignment on KPIs and business outcomes.
  • Support the execution and analysis of test-and-learn initiatives to continuously evolve media strategy based on market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Develop dashboards, performance reports, and executive summaries that translate complex data into compelling stories for business stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in media analytics, marketing effectiveness, or consumer insights roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, with a passion for working with data and exploring analytical solutions.
  • Experience working with media performance data across multiple channels, including digital and offline media.
  • Fluent English; fluent Spanish is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Brand Lift.
