Safety Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Assurance Manager to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our products and services, and contributing to the development of our safety processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Safety Analysis and Risk Management: Perform safety analysis at various levels, including system, subsystem, and equipment, to identify and mitigate risks associated with our products and services.
- Safety Requirements and Documentation: Develop and maintain safety requirements and documentation, including safety cases and reports, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and collaboration on safety-related matters.
- Leadership and Coaching: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, including safety assurance engineers, to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our safety processes and procedures.
- Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience and Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in safety assurance or a related field, with a strong understanding of safety regulations and industry standards.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Other Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to safety management.
