We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Coordinator to join our team in a remote, part-time role. This position involves overseeing acquisitions and dispositions, ensuring timely settlements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the settlement/title industry and possess excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing acquisitions promptly to facilitate quick market entry, serving as a dedicated representative to customers throughout the settlement process, reviewing and inputting contracts/settlement statements into our CRM accurately, managing relationships with title companies to ensure timely processing of settlements, assisting with property marketing, collaborating with the construction department to ensure project completion before listing, and supporting our expansion into new markets.

To succeed in this position, you will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a high school degree, although a bachelor's degree is preferred.
