Job Overview

The primary role of the Senior Producer is to oversee and coordinate all original project production processes, ensuring timely and quality deliveries while fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the production of non-fiction content for leading streaming platforms.
  • Maintain seamless communication with internal departments regarding production progress and delivery expectations.
  • Evaluate and ensure the successful execution of projects in various stages, from development to post-production.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing audiovisual projects, preferably for streaming services.
  • PREFERRED INDUSTRIES: Entertainment / Television / Culture.
  • In-depth knowledge of technical, budgetary, and legal standards for non-fiction productions.
  • Expertise in producing content across multiple stages (pitching, development, production, post-production, finalization, and launch).
  • Demonstrated organizational, emotional intelligence, relational, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with Brazilian culture and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good command of English for monitoring operational and technical processes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor degree in audiovisual arts with a focus on TV production.
