Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Coordinating Producer to join our content team.

  • This role is critical in the coordination and delivery of original and localized content, ensuring every project meets creative, operational, and brand standards.
  • The ideal candidate has strong production experience and is comfortable managing all stages of the content creation process— from pre-production to final delivery—and overseeing content production companies and third-party vendors.

The successful candidate will coordinate and oversee the execution of video content projects across digital, social, broadcast, and special event platforms. They will also search across NBA archive systems for game footage or global finished content to utilize locally.

The candidate will supervise all stages of production—pre-production, shoots, and post-production—ensuring that projects meet timelines and adhere to quality standards. They will coordinate production logistics, including location scouting, permits, contracts, and travel, in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.

They will support both live and pre-recorded event coverage, which includes games, activations, interviews, and other events. They will also support translation, sub-titling, graphic modifications, and re-voicing of existing content. Additionally, they will fulfill licensees' requests for additional content and help develop and test new content ideas.

Key requirements for this position include:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital content production.
  • Digital publishing & social publishing experience for a brand or business.
  • Knowledgeable about the National Basketball Association, players & teams, and how content can be localized for respective markets.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing production companies and third-party vendors.
  • Deep understanding of production workflows, post-production, technical specs, and deliverables.
  • Fluency in English, with advanced Spanish proficiency a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with work in the sports or media industry a plus.
