Senior Director, Product Marketing

This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive product marketing strategy that drives growth, enhances market presence, and fosters cross-functional collaboration. As Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will lead the product marketing team in defining go-to-market approaches, crafting compelling narratives, and designing data-driven strategies to propel business outcomes.

You will be responsible for owning the vision and direction of product marketing across the full product portfolio, ensuring alignment with long-term growth objectives, market expansion goals, and company strategy. This includes leading, mentoring, and scaling the product marketing team, fostering a culture of impact, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Define the vision and direction of product marketing across the full product portfolio.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the product marketing team.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with leaders across Marketing, Product, Sales, Operations, and CX.
  • Measure and optimize impact using performance data and financial insights.

We are seeking an experienced product marketing leader who can drive transformative change, balance forward-looking market strategies with operational execution, and inspire a culture of excellence and high performance. You should have experience in healthcare, membership-based businesses, or marketplace contexts, as well as expertise in Product Led Growth (PLG) businesses and/or transitioning from Sales Led Growth (SLG) to PLG.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in product marketing with 6+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in PLG businesses and/or transitioning from SLG to PLG.
  • Strong strategic vision and operational execution skills.
  • Exceptional storytelling and cross-functional influencing abilities.
  • Data-driven decision-making and ROI measurement expertise.
  • A builder of teams and culture, known for developing talent, fostering resilience, and scaling high-impact marketing organizations.
