The Role
- As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead the Technical Delivery team in defining and driving quality, consistency, and excellence in all aspects of technical delivery.
- Ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-friendly delivery of product orders.
- Manage dependencies, interfaces, risks, and issues affecting team success.
- Utilize in-house staff resources across 6 locations and keep stakeholders informed.
- Work proactively, not reactively, and lead people with influence.
- Ensure team size and skills align with company growth, product development strategy, and sales demand.
- Manage projects using Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, and ITIL methodologies.
The Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years of experience in a Technical Program Manager, IT Business Analyst, or Project Manager role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with multiple stakeholders.
- Goal-driven, fast-paced environment, and strong networking skills.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data.
