Transformative medical solutions specialist is needed to pioneer and implement comprehensive market strategies for Ostomy Care and Continence Care in the Latin-American region.
Job Purpose:To develop, launch, and manage marketing campaigns that enhance Convatec's competitive position through strategic market penetration, product positioning, and pricing initiatives. Ensure alignment with company objectives, mission, and vision. Define and communicate key messages for sales forces and markets, tailored to regional and country-specific needs.
- Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that addresses business goals, complies with regulations, protects the organization's reputation, and drives growth.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Collaborate with senior executives across the organization to integrate marketing strategies with other business functions and achieve regional objectives.
- Lead and direct a team of marketers to achieve established sales and profit targets.
- Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the industry and define effective engagement methods, estimating necessary resources for building or maintaining relationships.
- Implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing, to enhance online presence and engagement across Latin America.
- Establish customer-centric marketing strategies by gathering and analyzing customer feedback and insights, ensuring marketing efforts address evolving market needs.
- Develop partnerships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, industry associations, and influencers, to expand market reach and brand credibility.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources to maximize ROI and support strategic marketing initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations, integrating new marketing technologies and approaches to maintain a competitive edge and drive market growth.
Key Accountabilities:
- Define and implement targeted marketing programs that meet business objectives, comply with regulations, and protect the organization's reputation.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver marketing projects and ensure seamless execution.
- Communicate effectively with senior executives and external partners to advance organizational goals.
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve performance.
- Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and contribute to achieving company objectives.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in marketing, preferably in the Medical Devices industry in the LATAM region, particularly in Ostomy Care, Critical Care, and Infusion Devices.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Critical thinking and emotional intelligence, with the capacity to adapt to changing market conditions.
Ability to work in a global environment, while also delivering results-oriented solutions at a local level.
