Accounts Payable Specialist Brazil Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in accounts payable in Brazil, with a strong understanding of Brazilian tax requirements and knowledge of local payment methods such as Boleto Bancário and PIX.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Administration and recording of expenses, including overhead, employee expenses, reimbursements, and credit card reconciliation.
- Administration of supplier master data and ensuring all accounts payable policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
- Organization and proactivity, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to our core values.
- Ensure all accounts payable policies and procedures are adhered to, including travel and related expenses.
- Improve and continue accounts payable policies.
- Maintain accounts payable files.
- Review of tax requirements.
- Weekly payments schedule.
- Preparation of journal entries; maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts.
- Accurate and timely completion of reporting.
- Maintenance of constant and strong communication with the treasury and planning teams.
