The Payments Supervisor will be responsible for learning and implementing new payment processing systems to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
This role is based in Recife, Brazil and may require relocation or willingness to relocate to the area. The successful candidate will work with a leading B2C iGaming operator with a strong presence in Southeast Asia, managing multiple successful brands and recently launched in the Brazilian market.
The company offers diverse gaming experiences including sports betting, casino games, bingo, and live gaming. As a Payments Supervisor, your key responsibilities include:
- Learning and implementing new payment processing systems
- Enhancing customer experience through efficient payment processing
- Driving business growth through data analysis and optimization
