IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Rout and escalate incidents and service requests as necessary.
  • Track and retain ownership of incidents and service requests to ensure that service levels are met.
  • Maintain a security-aware approach at all times.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement effective operating procedures.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and enforcement of IT procedures and knowledge sharing across units.
  • Analyze trends and potential problem sources to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and maintain system and service performance.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
  • Strong background in OSX and IOS devices.
  • Knowledgeable on networking and network security.
  • Fluency in English is a must, other languages are considered a plus.
