Job Description

This role involves connecting the client's technical functional and implementation requirements with a solution design and proposal. As a pivotal team member, you'll work closely with clients and sellers to build solutions based on meeting the client's business outcomes and known best practices for the technology and industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and construct build work breakdown structure leading to the rough order of magnitude leading to the price and statement of work.
  • Navigate complex client engagements using excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and navigate data and people to find answers and present solutions that ensure world-class delivery.
Required Skills and QualificationsEducation:

Bachelor's Degree

Technical Expertise:
  • IBM's Infrastructure technologies (IBM System z)
  • Track record of sizing and defining services focused solutions including functional and implementation requirements for phases such as design, development, integration, production support and operations.
  • Client Stakeholder Credibility Building: Experience in building credibility and service orientation with client stakeholders.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
  • Technology Expertise: Deep expertise in at least one of the following technology areas: IBM System z, z/OS, Machine Learning / AI on z, Data and Analytics on z, Geographically Dispersed Parallel Sysplex (GDPS) resiliency solutions and automation.
  • Client facing Experience: Experience working with clients in defining technology solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
