This role is part of a regional team focused on developing and implementing strategic technology solutions to ensure integration and availability.
Main Responsibilities- Design and implement new system infrastructure to meet business needs.
- Manage expectations and respond to requirements from the business, including incident, request, problem, and change management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor activity, performance, and respond to alerts to ensure IT infrastructure security and efficiency.
- Maintain software up-to-date and contribute to a technical repository of knowledge articles.
- Candidates with degrees in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English or Spanish.
- Familiarity with MS Office package, Operating Systems, programming languages, Linux, Windows server, Microservices, and Kubernetes.
- Able to troubleshoot and deliver solutions to clients.
- Problem-solving oriented and team player with effective communication skills.
